Columbia, MO – Nathaniel Hughes of Alcorn State University advanced to the finals of the 2007 NCAA Mideast Track & Field Regional Championships at the University of Missouri. He placed first in his heat of the men’s 400 meters hurdles. He had the third fastest time overall in the preliminaries at 51.44 seconds.
The men’s relay team of Grambling State University advanced to the 4x100 finals. The Tigers finished with the fifth fastest time in the preliminaries, with a season best time of 39.98 seconds.
